Cancellation Policy for Retreat Hosts

Cancel within the first 7 days of booking for full refund. Up to 90 days before the event, you may postpone your event. Your deposit will be held for up to 1 year from the original event date toward a future event booking. A rebooking fee of $200 is required. After 90 days before the event, all deposits are forfeit should you cancel.

In the event of “Acts of God'' such as: extreme weather, fire, pandemic, health related shut-downs, threats to public safety or other uncontrollable events that result in event cancellation, Vista Mundo Centrar SRL may be forced to declare force majeur. In this case Vista Mundo will issue a credit toward an upcoming qualified live event date(s) for the event host.
